The Facebook Group “Business Women of Bosnia and Hercegovina” was founded in April of 2016. It was initially conceived as a platform for networking of business women who work in Austria and for information exchange. Within a short period of time, the group membership expanded to more than 360 women. The Association was officially registered in August of 2017. The vision of the Association to the strengthen the position of Bosnian and Herzegovinian women in the business environment of Austria and BiH, and to provide support to business women in their growth and development. Our mission is to create and design a professional and social framework in which women can realize their business and private goals. The Association was officially registered in August of 2017. Numerous educations, mentoring programme, and many other things are in the pipeline. We want to be the association that will help you to achieve your goals easier.
Membership is voluntary. All members in the group will receive an invitation to become members of the Association. By accepting the membership, which entails filling out the application form and paying the membership fee, you will accept the Statute of the Association. Our work in the Association is volunteer work, and revenues executed from membership fees will support the development of the Association. Nadina Gradaščević, international consultant, certified trainer and mentor. Her core business areas are leadership development, horse-assisted personal and professional mastery, international business development and intercultural management. She started her career in investment banking and has extensive experience in institutional sales management, product management, equity research, consulting and professional training. Furthermore, she is a business mentor in the Professional Women’s Network mentoring program, mentor for migrants at the Austrian Economic Chambers and the Vice-President of the organization “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina” based in Vienna.
Džemila Beganović has eight years of working experience as inhouse lawyer in IT/telecommunications sector and six years experience as lecturer for IP and media law (University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten). As a treasurer of the association “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina” she is responsible for the finances of the association.
Jasmina Haracic is by profession MA in arabic studies, turcologist and project manager. She is also NLP Master practitioner and wingwave® coach. In past ten years she has been working at Austrian Red Cross as a counselor of refugees in process of family reunification, as well as a lead of integration project in five federal states and team of voluntary interpreters. She is a mother of two children and peace activist.
Lejla Tinjic Zaimovic works in an international financial development institution. She has lived in Vienna for the past three years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo. In the Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina Association she is the Treasurer, as well as a Marketing/PR contact person.
Amra Čaušević has been working in the international department in social insurance for more than six years. She is among others responsible for the international and bilateral contact, event management, meeting design, digital marketing and cross-cultural communication. In the association "Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina" she holds the position of Event Manager/auditor.
