About the association

The Facebook Group “Business Women of Bosnia and Hercegovina” was founded in April of 2016. It was initially conceived as a platform for networking of business women who work in Austria and for information exchange. Within a short period of time, the group membership expanded to more than 580 women.

The Association was officially registered in August of 2017. The vision of the Association to the strengthen the position of Bosnian and Herzegovinian women in the business environment of Austria and BiH, and to provide support to business women in their growth and development. Our mission is to create and design a professional and social framework in which women can realize their business and private goals.

The main focus of the Association is on strengthening our members through series of presentations, workshops, discussions, and, of course, networking. The application form for joining the Association for 2018 is attached. Please send us back the signed application form and pay the annual membership fee in the bank account number provided in the application form.

Numerous educations, mentoring programme, and many other things are in the pipeline.

We want to be the association that will help you to achieve your goals easier.

Privileges for Association’s Members

Membership is voluntary. All members in the group will receive an invitation to become members of the Association. By accepting the membership, which entails filling out the application form and paying the membership fee, you will accept the Statute of the Association. Our work in the Association is volunteer work, and revenues executed from membership fees will support the development of the Association. Additional information and the application form are provided on the top of the page (link on the top of the FB page).

Lejla Tinjić Zaimović

President
Lejla Tinjic Zaimovic is the President and one of the Founders of the “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina”association. Lejla is an economist, specialized in marketing, and works as a consultant in an international finance institution. Lejla has more than two decades of experience in supporting development projects, event management and office administration. Lejla coordinates activities of the Association and is responsible for external relations, marketing and development. As a great believer in networking, she focuses on attracting business women of different profiles and experiences who share the vision of strengthening the position of women in the business world and society in general.

Mag. Džemila Beganović


Vice-president
Džemila Beganović is the vice-president and one of the founders of the Association. Džemila holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Vienna. After completing her jurisprudence, she worked in law firms for three years, and since 2010 she has been working as an inhouse lawyer of an international IT and telecommunications company. In addition, she has six years of experience as a lecturer in intellectual property law and media law (University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten). Džemila is in charge of a part of the legal aspects of the Association and for developing ideas for the future work of the Association, together with other members of the Steering Team.

Amra Čaušević

Event Manager/Board member
Amra Čaušević has been working in the Department for International Cooperation in Social Insurance for more than eight years. She is responsible for international and bilateral contacts, event management and organization, meeting design, digital marketing and cross-cultural communication. Within the "Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina" association she holds the position of Event Manager / Management Board member.

Enisa Beganović

Enisa Beganović

Blagajnik/Schatzmeister
Ja sam viši poreski stručnjak sa preko 12 godina internacionalnog iskustva u upravljanju, nadzoru, planiranju i strukturiranju domaćih i prekograničnih poreskih poslova, sa posebnim naglaskom na austrijsko i švicarsko tržište. Pored odličnog iskustva u vezi direktnih i indirektnih poreza, međunarodnog računovodstva i transfernih cjena, veoma sam vješta u svim poreznim pitanjima koja se odnose na carine, sistemske implikacije, planiranje isplate dividendi, pravna lica i konsolidaciju. Članica sam u Privredne komore Austrije, Bečkog kluba tostmatera, Matice BiH, Zürich itd. Pored toga sam brižna majka 6-godišnjem sinu.

Naida Grbić

Naida Jusufhodžić-Grbić

Revizor/Rechnungsprüfer
Naida Jusufhodžić-Grbić graduated as Master of Law with the Universities in Zagreb and Vienna. Having gathered experience in the field of banking law in Zagreb, and the fields of accounting and taxes in Vienna, she joined the auditing department of one of Austria’s leading banks, where she has been practicing labor law and cooperative law for many years. She joined the Business women of Bosnia and Herzegovina association in 2019 because of the great ideas for which association stands. In addition to the annual financial review and certain other legal aspects of the Association, she is also responsible for organizing workshops and thematic lectures. As a persistent fighter for real equality of women in everyday life, she thinks that real progress in terms of equality will only be achieved once it ceases to be a topic of relevance.

Jasmina Haračić

Revizor/Rechnungsprüfer
Jasmina Haračić graduated from Arabic studies and Turkish language. She has a long experience in working with the Austrian Red Cross as counsellor and project leader. Jasmina is a Coach, wingwave® Coach and teacher of autogenic training. She is member of the strategy team and one of the founders of the “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina” association. Her duties include planning and executing educational events for personal and professional growth. Jasmina also helps the members of the Association to organize presentations of their business or professional knowledge and competencies.

Adela Mehić-Dzanić


Adela Mehić-Dzanić has a proven record of success in Telecommunications as well the IoT – Internet of Things industry and digitalization. Her focus is on business development and expanding global network connections, introducing products, educating clients, implementing pricing strategies, territory development, and revealing customer needs to deliver solutions. She holds an MBA degree from the Vienna University of Economics, specialized in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo. Furthermore, she is the Vice President of the Female Leaders Network with the Vienna University of Economics.

Dajana Soldo

Administrative Assistant
Dajana Soldo holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance. In addition to economics, she finds her love in sports. She is also a certified Fitness Trainer and has started her own business in this area. Currently, she is working as a Laboratory Assistant, Fragrances Department in Vienna. Dajana is responsible for administrative tasks in the Association, such as technical updating of the Website and the Calendar, managing correspondence with new members of the “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina” association, as well as preparing welcome packages. She is the first point of contact for new members. Furthermore, she is responsible for booking venues for meetings and workshops.

Maja Čopra

Graphic designer
Maja Čopra is a product and graphic designer. After successfully graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, she moved to Vienna where she live for eleven years. At WIFI Wien she has completed her advanced training in graphic and print design. At Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina she is responsible for to the development of visual identity and promotional marketing materials. In addition to her full-time employment, she independently works at her own graphic company Bee Graphics where she recently expanded her business to T-shirts prints. She shares the same vision with the association and with her contribution, Maja has desire to make strong business contacts, network and help the team create a recognizable brand.
